Two $20 tickets.

General admission, without seating charts. One $40 payment using a domestic US card at Stripe’s standard online rate. The organizer absorbs both fees; no added checkout fees or taxes.

Standard US online rates, checked October 16, 2026. We round each ticket’s fee to cents, then multiply by tickets sold. This compares ticketing fees, not the full cost of checkout. Custom and nonprofit rates may differ.

Percentage more = (provider’s ticketing fees − Mezaj’s ticketing fees) ÷ Mezaj’s ticketing fees × 100, rounded to the nearest whole percent.

Humanitix’s US pricing page separates ticketing (2.1% + $0.99) from processing (2.9% + $0.30). Its help center lists a combined 5% + $1.29 booking fee. We use the separately listed ticketing rate here so processing is excluded for all three.

A few practical details.

Can I pass fees on to the buyer?

You choose the ticket price and any additional checkout fee. Any amount paid by the buyer forms part of the transaction your payment processor handles. Ticket pricing guide ↗

What about free events and donations?

There is no Mezaj ticketing fee for free RSVPs or donations to online events. Payment processing still applies when money is collected. Read the fee policy ↗

Are the other tools free?

Versus, Artist EPK and Mezaj’s live-streaming tools are free to use. Ticketing and payment fees remain separate; an external video host may have its own charges. Explore the tools →
